Tarek has over 15 years experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital and asset management. He previously worked as a Managing Director at Berggruen Holdings, a family office and private equity firm and as a Director in M&A and Corporate Finance at Credit Suisse and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in New York and London.

Tarek is a Partner at Stanhope Capital as well as service as a Director of Lorne Stewart Plc, Playfish Ltd, Mood Media Group SA, SNS Group Ltd and Blossom M&C Ltd. He is also a member of the Freeman Spogli Institute for International studies at Stanford University.

Tarek holds a MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB Economics from Stanford University.
