Our Investment Philosophy

 

Although our investment mandate is wide, including public equity, capital markets, education and real estate, our established in-house team is currently focused on private equity and venture capital opportunities. We conduct rigorous due diligence and encourage our partners in portfolio companies to do the same with us.

We pride ourselves on our hands on approach to investments since our inception in 2005 and maximise value through intensive post acquisition management of the business. We cultivate strong working relationships with a substantial network of operating partners and contacts.

We spend a large proportion of our time working with our portfolio companies and advising them on a variety of issues related to product, strategy, finance, fundraising, technology and human resources.
